Frequently Asked Questions (as well as Should Be Asked Questions)

This will always be a work in progress, so ask me any questions either by email or by making a comment to any post on the blog.

Q: I didn’t receive my login credentials after joining.

A: Some email providers, especially hotmail, outlook, yahoo, and a few others routinely block emails sent from an automated script, such as the one that sent your login information to you. There are three possible solutions.

1. When you join, you are automatically logged into the site. If you haven’t logged out yet, you can go to this page:

http://theiminsidetrack.com/my-profile

and you’ll be able to change your password there to something you’ll remember for the future (please store it safely).

That’s the easiest option.

2. If you’ve been logged out, you should first whitelist our email address: iminsidetrack@gmail.com

and then go to this page:

http://theiminsidetrack.com/login

If it says you’re logged in already, then follow step 1 above. Otherwise, if it’s asking you for the credentials that you don’t know, then click on Forgot Password, and we’ll attempt to send them to you again by email. That might work after you’ve whitelisted our address, but it might not, in which case…

3. Send a support request to me at: iminsidetrack@gmail.com

I’ll need to know what email address you paid with (the system sets you up based on your PayPal email address, or if you paid by credit card, the address  you supplied).

If possible, if you can give me a new address that’s more reliable than one of the above, that would be great. Otherwise I can reset your password for you and reply to your support request with that new password, and then you’ll be able to log in at the address in option 2 above.

Q: What’s the difference between Earn1KaDay and the IMIT membership?

A: The two memberships are very different. E1K is forum based, IMIT is blog based. So inside E1K you get more person to person interaction with private messaging and being able to set up your own threads, etc.

E1K has over 1200 products in the member download area, all free for members.

E1K is more expensive than IMIT, but I’ve been told it’s well worth it.

IMIT is a totally different concept, where I’ll be sharing my best content that either I’ve created, or will create, or have licensed from others, or have learned from others.

IMIT is a site where totally new people who want to become successful Internet marketers can pick up the skills necessary, but is also helpful to intermediate and advanced marketers. E1K is more geared to those with some experience.

E1K has a section where members can offer special deals to other members. IMIT has the marketplace where I offer many of my products at deep discount prices, and it’s currently planned to allow sponsoring affiliates to do the same if they meet certain guidelines.

So I guess the bottom line is that E1K is about building relationships along with a huge download area of products, while IMIT is about learning (as I said on the sales page: Information, Inspiration, Ideas)

Q: I get logged out of the site occasionally, what’s up with that?

A: I’ve been told by the support staff at DAP that it’s because of server configuration, but they gave me a patch that makes it minimally frustrating. That patch sets a delay of 2 hours of idle time before you’re automatically logged out. If that happens, just log back in.
