Affiliate Marketing Tips, part 1

Choosing Your Products

Making money as an affiliate isn’t all about the marketing. It’s also about choosing profitable products. Here’s how:

Tip #1: Choose products with proven track records. If you’re choosing products on Clickbank.com, then choose those at the top of their categories (i.e., the best sellers) and those with high gravity numbers (between about 75 and 150). In addition, ask the vendor about his conversion and refund rates.

Tip #2: Do NOT choose products based on price alone. Big price plus big commission percentages equals big profits, right?

Using Bonuses to Make More Sales as an Affiliate

What’s the competition like in your niche when you try to make sales as an affiliate? It can be frustrating. You’re trying your best, but it seems like it’s hard to stand out in the crowd when every other affiliate is doing pretty much the same thing you’re doing.

You try your best, but your hands seem pretty much tied when you’re an affiliate. You don’t have control over the product since you’re not the product creator. You don’t have control over the price since you’re not the product creator. You don’t have control over the sales page since you’re not the product creator.

You do have control over things like your product reviews. So, you can try to stand out in that way. That’s typically what you do, most likely. You try to write the best product reviews and articles you can. You try to help people understand the pros and cons of the products you promote as an affiliate. After all, you want them to truly understand whether the product is right for them or not.

Get 20 New Affiliates and Create Awesome Affiliate Materials

I’ve spent a lot of time creating an attractive affiliate program for my products and memberships that really serve my affiliates. I’ve tried to set my affiliate program apart from most of what’s out there. This is about helping you do the same.

Now, it’s time for you to do that for your products. First, think back to the past year (or however long you’ve been creating your own products). If you have an affiliate program at all, how much time and effort have you put into providing affiliates with everything they need? Have you ever actively recruited affiliates? Have you given them materials that can help them easily promote with little effort on their part?

If you’ve put in little to no effort, it probably shows in your sales. If you’ve put a lot of effort in, where are there holes in your efforts? Do some digging so you know exactly what you’d like to do.

How to Earn a Great Recurring Income as an Affiliate of The IM Inside Track

A while back, I started to brainstorm ways I could fulfill my mission to help as many people as possible live the life of their dreams.

I’m in the business of helping others succeed in business. I’ve owned offline retail businesses and online businesses for many years. Throughout that time, I’ve seen my fair share of people really struggle.

It’s my goal to end that struggle as much as I can. I want people to be able to find real success, happiness, and financial freedom with their business.

Being in business for yourself can be hard. There are focus and mindset issues. There’s the need to know the exact steps to take to succeed and build a real business. Then there’s the need to know how to snowball success into something that’s life changing.

Starting Your Own Affiliate Program

If you want to make more money with your products and services, then you need to get affiliates. Affiliates are the lifeblood of any online business. Seriously… It’s as simple as that.

You want people to help you drive traffic, right? That’s not even a question – you don’t want to have to drive all the traffic yourself. That takes much more time than you have available.

You also want to be able to build your list as you market your products. But if you only have access to the same customers you’ve always had access to, then you’re stuck in the same position. Having access to the lists of affiliates can really give a great boost your business. Every time someone buys from one of your affiliates, they get added to your email list, too.
