Parkinson’s Law

You know it’s important to set goals for yourself and to work to achieve those goals. The problem is that you may have been working toward the same things for weeks, months, or even years. It’s not at all uncommon for me to hear that someone has been trying to start or succeed with a web business but hasn’t made any real progress over the course of several years.

It’s time to make some big changes.

This might not be something you ever thought about before. After all, your focus is on your business. But time and time again, you don’t feel anywhere near as productive as you want to be. What’s the problem?

How to Get Big Projects Done in 21 Days or Less

A lot of people have expressed amazement over the years at how I get so much done, especially “big projects”.  For many, there is a paralysis that comes on when attempting larger sized endeavors simply because these projects are daunting.

Know what I mean?

Maybe you’re one of those people.  You look at the enormity (or perceived enormity) of a project and get overwhelmed.

You think, “Wow, this is going to take a looooooooooong time.  I’m not sure I’ll ever get this done.  Or if I even can get this done.”

You aren’t alone.

Yet staying focused is an important part of being successful.  It’s hard to rack up wins if you are distracted and can’t concentrate on your primary objective.

That’s what being focused is all about:

Concentration on the central point, purpose or plan.

Let’s cut to the chase:  how can we stay focused?  I have my own F.O.C.U.S.™ Formula that I would like to share with you in this segment.  I use the acronym F.O.C.U.S. to share 5 things you can do to stay concentrated on your primary objective…
