Delegating Tasks to Save Time in Your Business and Your Life

You have a lot going on and it’s completely overwhelming. There’s no way you can get it all done going like you’re going. Should you just give up? Should you just continue to miss deadlines and hope for the best? No – I don’t believe that’s the answer at all. I believe you can delegate tasks to take some of the weight off your shoulders… and pay attention to other productivity tips I have in store for you to save time and get more done in your business and your life.

Before we go much further, there’s something very important that you should pay attention to. Just 20% of the tasks you to do lead to 80% of your results in your business and your life. This revelation alone can save you a lot of time and energy. Yes, this does mean that a great deal of the things you do every day are complete time wasters.

If you want to have any hope of getting more done, then you must cut the time wasters. Eliminate the things you have in your daily schedule that don’t need to be there at all. Just get rid of those things. That means, you must identify them first.
