5 Lessons I Learned From Running 50 Miles

On August 25, 2002 I was 232 pounds (77 pounds overweight) and had to get size 40 waist pants for the first time.  My son was just under two years old and I had a difficult time pushing him in the stroller up even the slightest of hills.  I couldn’t run a 40 yard dash without stopping.
