Writing Amazing Broadcast Emails

There will be times when you don’t want to rely only on autoresponder emails, which are emails that you write ahead of time and load up into your autoresponder to go out over time. You can absolutely fill your autoresponder up so that your account is sending informative and sales emails hands-off no matter when someone signs up for your list.

But that won’t work for everything you want to do. There will be certain times when you want to send special promotions, special offers, and offers you’re promoting as an affiliate. These offers will be more “of the moment.” These types of emails make for perfect broadcast emails, which are what we’re talking about today.

Or, maybe there’s something on your mind or you want to talk about a current event. This isn’t the kind of thing you want to put into an autoresponder sequence where someone might not receive the message for months. This is something you want to talk about now and you want people to receive it now. In that case, a broadcast email is your answer. Broadcast emails can help you build a relationship with your audience because people like knowing that you have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening right now.

30-Day Self Challenge Planner

Many business people use challenges as a way to attract new prospects to their business.

Planning your OWN challenge gives you complete control over the results you want to achieve.

With this planner, you will be able to plan your own 30 day self-challenge.

Here is What You Get with the “30 Day Self-Challenge Planner”:

The Step-by-Step Planner Covers:

  • Step 1: Be Smart From the Start and Set Yourself Up For Success
Your challenge will be much easier complete successfully if you plan ahead, so follow these steps to ensure you have the time and tools necessary to get the most out of your challenge.

    • Exercise: Jot down notes about what you need or want to accomplish in a challenge. Choose either a business-related challenge or a personal challenge.
    • Exercise: Take notes about any equipment you need to purchase before you start a challenge. Decide if you’ll use time blocking and how you’ll integrate that practice.
  • Step 2: Consider Stretching Out of Your Comfort Zone
The best (and most profitable) growth takes place outside your comfort zone, so don’t be afraid to stretch yourself a bit.

    • Exercise: Explore challenge ideas that make you sweat when you think about stepping out of your comfort zone.
  • Step 3: Stay in Your Comfort Zone and Skyrocket
While it’s great to step out of your comfort zone, it makes no sense to force yourself to do something you actively hate for 30 days. Use what you know about yourself and how you prefer to work to determine the best challenges for you.

    • Exercise: What are your favorite business tasks? How can you improve these skills in 30 days?
  • Step 4: Track + Multiply Your Results
Where will you get the biggest bang for your buck? If you’re going to do anything for 30 days straight, make sure you’ll massively benefit from it–and that you can quantify those benefits.

    • Exercise: Use this simple spreadsheet to track your challenge results.
  • Step 5: Uplevel Your Business by Optimizing You
Consider bettering your life, too, with a workout, clean eating, or self-care challenge.

    • Exercise: What changes do you need to make to live a healthier lifestyle?
  • Step 6: Enlist Help From An Accountability Planner
Afraid you won’t stick to the rules? Get a coach or friend to hold you accountable so you can enjoy the benefits of finishing your challenge.

    • Exercise: Choose an accountability partner and tell them about your challenge.
    • Exercise: Decide what you need from an accountability partner and who is best suited to give that type of support.
    • Exercise: Brainstorm some rewards for completing the challenge. Also think of some consequences (with your accountability partner) if you do NOT finish the challenge.
  • Step 7: Challenge Your Tribe To Join You
Everything’s more fun when you’re with your friends, so go ahead and challenge your community to join along either for free or as a paid program.

    • Exercise: Do you want to invite your audience to join you in this challenge? How will YOUR challenge be useful to THEM?

Turn One Piece of Content Into Five, part 2

In part 1 of this topic we explained that your goal was to get 5X leverage for everything you create, and I suggested that you start by creating an audio.

Here’s what’s next…

An Article Suitable For Publishing

Now then, listen to the audio file you’ve just created. Take notes on the content, because you’ll be surprised at the great insights you had when you were talking freely and openly on the recording. You’ve cut through the cobwebs and doubt and questioning stages you might have gone through if you went right to the article writing stage. It’s all there, so there’s nothing to fear.

Turn One Piece of Content Into Five

You work very hard as an Internet marketer. Sometimes, it might seem like all you do is work. Don’t you wish there was a way to squeeze 5X more value out of everything you do?

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned over the years is to leverage my content. Use content in more than one way to squeeze every last drop of income from it.

Another very important lesson I’ve learned is to take advantage of all kinds of promotion, relationship building, and content generation. Some people respond best to articles and blog posts. Others respond best to video and audio. Still others learn best from hands-on tasks, such as checklists.
