Convenience food is just that… it’s convenient, but generally terrible for you. The fact is that it can make you sluggish. It sops up your energy and your motivation. It puts you in ill health so you’re ill prepared to work.
If you want to be in optimal health with more energy, then you need to feed your body well. That means eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and keeping yourself hydrated with plenty of water. It means paying attention to what you put in your body. In general, whole, natural foods are best. Avoid the convenience of processed foods whenever you can.

I have probably on any given day at least 30-50 ideas. It’s insane. In fact, I tracked it for a couple weeks. I had an idea log, and I said, “OK, any time I have an idea I’m going to write it on a piece of paper.” And it’s kind of important that I chose paper over anything else because usually I get my ideas in the middle of doing things. And there’s nothing quicker than having a pad of paper and a pen next to you, so I did that. And I discovered on some days I even had over 100, 200 ideas. And I did this by developing my idea intuition, my idea brain, which I’ll talk about in a little bit. But the fact of the matter is that there’s a lot of good ideas that can come to you right away without even having to think about it once you practice these skills that I’m about to show you. So with that in mind, let’s get right to it.
