Do You Need a Coach?

learning concept with education elementsWorking online with your own business is fantastic. You get to do what you want, when you want to do it.

It’s great… until reality sets in. You’re on your own, truly. You are responsible for your failures. You’re responsible for your procrastination, lack of progress, and all the things that have gone wrong in your business.

Ugh. That’s pretty discouraging. Sure, you have your great moments in business and you wouldn’t trade it for anything else. You don’t want to work for anyone else, build anyone else’s business, or play by anyone else’s rules.

But, you feel so alone. Even if you’re a total introvert, it’s difficult to not feel like you’re off in the wilderness with no one to call for help.

Writing Life Histories

Life story concept.Wouldn’t it be great for people to be able to easily compile biographies of their family members? Wouldn’t it be great if it were easy to publish these interviews and personal histories as actual books so they could be passed on to future generations?

Why is this so important? There are several reasons. Humans have always collected histories of the world and the people in the world. You and your family members are a big part of that. We can’t expect to understand life and be fulfilled in life if we don’t look to those who have come before us.

There is something really neat that comes from this in the form of self-reflection. What is the value of our life? Why do we do the things we do? What makes you the person you are today? This is all very important to explore. Taking a personal history helps you understand all of that.
