Types of Products

Manager presents product brandProduct creation is one of the most important topics for web marketers. Honestly, I believe product creation should be a goal for just about everyone involved in IM. Sure, you can make great money by promoting products as an affiliate. You can earn money creating mini money sites and blogging and tons of other things. But still…

When you own your own products, you have real assets in your business. Suddenly, you’re the one who other affiliates are promoting. That can lead to passive income for many years to come. You’ll grow your list when you put products out there—each customer gets added to that list (if you do it right), which leads to more affiliate sales and sales of the additional products you come out with.

Create Mini Sites to Flip

Site flipping is an extremely exciting business model that can be perfect for you even if you’re just starting out. Everyone wants a great, money-producing website. Not everyone wants to take the time to create one themselves.

That’s where you can come in. You can create incredible mini sites and sell them to business owners.

Each mini site you create will be an asset. You might build it to the point where it’s making money. Someone will buy it so they can turn it into an even bigger moneymaker.

Or, you might want to go the turnkey route. This means you’ll create a mini site that has a ton of potential… but you won’t wait until it’s making money. You’ll sell it right away. You’ll create the mini site the right way so the buyer has a high chance of turning it into a moneymaker.

Many people check in to Facebook several times per day, every day. It’s definitely a site to pay attention to if you want to funnel a lot of traffic to your own properties

You always want to get yourself in front of people, and Facebook is where they are, well over a billion people.

Becoming a Coach

Coaching is extremely exciting. You’re at the point where you’re ready to offer more. You’re ready to change lives—your own life as well as the lives of others.

Sometimes, it can be difficult to get into the mindset of a coach. At this point, you’ve possibly been the one being coached, not the other way around. It really is a mindset switch. Are you really ready to lead other people? I think you’re ready— you just have to convince yourself of that. Continue Reading (only available for IMIT members)

Amazon FBA Retail Arbitrage, part 2

In the first part of this 2-part series about Amazon FBA Arbitrage, we talked about what it is exactly, how to determine some possible good products to sell, and some of the tools you can use to help you find profitable merchandise.

Now let’s talk about shopping.

Recommended Stores

There are so many stores where you can try to get your retail arbitrage business going. The exact stores will differ depending on the area you live in. For example, Meijer has some incredible deals but is not available everywhere. Target is available in more locations. Walmart is available just about everywhere. If you’re reading this outside the U.S., you’ll have to figure out which stores are most viable near you.
