I can tell you that, without a doubt, it is absolutely true. If you can change your habits in a really focused way, then you can absolutely be so much more productive.
Your habits shape the things you do every day, consciously and subconsciously. It’s easy to fool yourself into thinking you’re absolutely aware of your choices every day. But, if that were the case, then you’d always be running at top speed, right? You’d always get everything done, right? Every day, you’d take one step closer to success… Wouldn’t you?
