I’m going to share three profitable ways for creating your own backend offer.

Model One:  Done for You Service

The first option is for you to offer a “done for you” service.  Let’s look at a definition…

DEFINITION: A “done for you” service is doing a part of what the customer wants to accomplish as a result of buying your product.

 

The key word is doing a “part” of the objective and not the entire thing.  Stands to reason, if you do EVERYTHING for them, then they wouldn’t need to buy your main product.

Optimizing Your Kindle Book’s Title

Many Kindle authors seem to just pick their titles haphazardly. They don’t really think about it – they just assume that as long as the title basically says what needs to be said, they’re good to go. I urge you to pay more attention to your title than that, if you want to be successful on Kindle.

Your title is something that should capture people’s attention. You really want them to take more than a short glance at your book because your title is so forgettable. You want them to become so interested, based on your title, that they can’t help but go on to read the description. Books with poor titles often go unnoticed – and that is not what you want to happen to your book.

Your title is also something of a promise. You want people to get a certain feeling after they read it. You want to capture them in a way that holds their attention. I can’t say it enough– you’re not just a writer anymore, you’re also a marketer. If you were a marketer already, now it’s time to put what you know into practice. Trust me when I say that you know more about marketing than most wannabe Kindle authors out there.

How to Research Content F.A.S.T.

Writing an article means knowing your subject matter.  We’ve all read enough bad articles to know that poor information ruins the credibility of the writer.  And once that credibility is lost, it’s very difficult to regain.

Sometimes research is required in order to be knowledgeable for a given topic.

  • Research is required when you don’t know enough about a subject. No brainer there, right?  If you have limited or no experience with a topic, then it’s going to be difficult to write anything of substance about it.  And fluff just won’t cut it.  You gotta know what you’re writing about.
  • Research is required when you want some new ideas about a subject. Sometimes you may know the subject matter very well, but just need some inspiration for WHAT to write about.  A little research can be a great brainstorming exercise to get the content flowing.

How to Choose a Niche

sean_mizeIn today’s bonus training I’m going to dig into the topic, the concern, the issue of trying to choose a niche if you’re just getting started. I think for most of you, it’s trying to choose an angle within your niche.  We could call that a sub-niche, we could call that an angle, or a deeper angle within your niche.  The reason that I’m doing this is … I frequently get the question “How do you choose a profitable niche?”, “How do you choose a profitable angle?”, “How do you choose a profitable part?” of the internet.

I’ve always avoided teaching on this folks, because, I don’t believe that there’s any one-size-fits-all answer.  It varies per person.  It varies depending on the type of niche that you’re going to go into. And, it varies over time.  And, so, when I do a training like this, I like it to be evergreen.  I want it to be something that folks can use.  I don’t want to create something that’s good for three weeks.  I like to create something that is long term.  And, yet, I get these questions a lot.

So, what I’ve done is I’ve put some thought into exactly how I can position this so that it’s something that everyone can use, and that offers you the various options.  Almost like branches on a tree.  Gives you different options.  If this won’t necessarily work, you can do this.  I’ll present it to you in such a way that you’ll be able to see the thought behind it.  Because the truth of the matter is, even though it’s very, very difficult, I’m going to try and to that today.
