How to Recruit Affiliates

Hello.  Jason Fladlien here from DailySeminar.com.  Today I’ve got some tactical stuff for you — how to recruit affiliates.

Well, of course, you need a product before you can do this, which should be an incentive for you to create your own product.  If you’ve been following me and Robert already, that shouldn’t be a problem.  We’ve already given you all the strategies that you could possibly ever want to do that at ProductUniversity.com and other web sites.  But I’m not here to pitch on that.  What I’m here to pitch you on is this great content you get as a member of DailySeminar.com and how you can use our own products to have others generate traffic for you.

Lance Tamashiro and I recruited affiliates.  We ended up having a thousand affiliates for a product.  Now did they all do gangbusters?  No.  95 percent of them, I don’t think, made us more than one sale.  In fact, most of them didn’t make any sales, but Lance Skyped me one day and said, “Check this out, Jason.”  He did a Google search for Beverly Hills Traffic Report, because that’s what we were having the affiliates promote, and there was 96,000 results with quotes.  It’s gone down since then for some reason.  I don’t know how Google works, but I was like “Oh my god.”  All these affiliates were going out and promoting this with all their different means.  Some of them were doing it on their own blogs.  Others were doing it in social networking, on all those sites; all kinds of fancy stuff that I absolutely have no idea how to even do nor would I have the time to do.

How to Enroll New Clients and Manage Your Coaching Sessions With Ease, part 2

This is part 2 of a 2-part series.

  1. Consider Using a Virtual Assistant

While automation is a great option, it is not the only option for parceling off tasks that don’t make you money or reducing the time spent on tasks that make you tear your hair out. Do seriously consider hiring a VA who can take the load off your shoulders—and actually make you money by freeing up your coaching time and energy.

First, determine what you need her to specialize in. Perhaps you need someone to do all the “techy stuff”—like set up and test your webinar software. Or perhaps you need more of a project manager, who will coordinate all aspects of your new product launch.

Whatever area you decide a Virtual Assistant should handle, be sure to find someone who specializes in that area. That way, you’ll know she’s in her zone too—and is feeling as happy and fulfilled as you.
