An Overview of Today’s Social World

Why Social Media Is So Important To Your Business

Social media is an integral part of how the world operates these days. People check and interact on social media as part of their daily routine.

They wake up and see what’s been posted on Facebook. They tweet and retweet a few things on Twitter. They pin a few things on Pinterest.

Then lunchtime rolls around and they repeat the process all over again. If they have business-to-business goals or they’re looking into the job market, they might check in on LinkedIn.

They go through the entire process again before bed. It’s not quite accurate to call it an addiction because it’s just part of how society communicates.

People expect to find their friends, family, and favorite companies on social media. They find, follow, and friend those they care about.

Recurring Income From Coaching

Recurring income is a wonderful thing to have—especially when you’re building life changing income as someone offering coaching for life or business related topics. It’s hard to get new customers—you know that as a businessperson. It’s much easier and much more ideal to have the same customers pay you over and over again.

That’s exactly what can happen when you focus on recurring income from coaching. You’ll find coaching clients, win them over, hook them with a fantastic, long-term coaching plan or program, and they’ll pay you over and over again.

As a coach, you provide a wonderful service. People pay you to learn what you know. They pay to get access to your unique insights for their life or business. They’re also paying to tap into your experience, including your prior failures, so that their path to success is easier and quicker.

Sometimes, coaching is a one-off thing. A client will hire you as a coach and pay you one sum of money in exchange for help in reaching a particular milestone or help in resolving an important problem they have.

There’s also part of marketing that’s extremely intimidating. How in the world do you fully capture exactly what your business or product is and does? How, exactly should you market your business in a way that will really resonate with your audience and show just how different your business is from everything else out there?

These days, much of marketing is done on the web. That’s exciting news for you and me. It means that marketing is finally and fully in our hands. Using the web, you can successfully market your business with very little output financially, if you don’t have the budget. There are many great, free ways to market.

An Overview of Joint Ventures

It’s hard to go it alone in business—exciting, sometimes, but hard. That’s often what happens for online marketers. They love the idea of working for themselves and seeing what comes of that. They enjoy being able to do what they want, when they want.

Inevitably, it becomes clear that there’s a better way—a way to achieve success more quickly. And that’s by not working alone. Now, I own my business and essentially work for myself, by myself. So I’m not saying that you should totally give that up. What I am saying is that you’ll get to where you want to be much more quickly if you can leverage the assets of others on certain projects.

We all have skills, talents, and ideas to bring to the table. You do some things better than I do and you have certain assets I don’t have. I do some things better than you do and I have certain assets you don’t have.

Now, can you imagine the power that can come from combining those assets, talents, and skills? It’s incredible. And that’s why I’ve joint ventured with others over the years on certain projects.
